Designing a Model for Entrepreneurship Education for Women as a Model for Socio-Economic Governance (Case Study: Women Heads of Households Covered by Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Fars Province)

Abstract Socio-economic governance in any society requires models for implementation. The aim of this study is to design a model for entrepreneurship education for women heads of households under the auspices of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Fars Province as a model for socio-economic governance. For this purpose, the grounded theory method was used. The statistical sample included 13 women heads of households who were interviewed using a semi-structured interview method. The research findings show that the paradigmatic model of entrepreneurship education for women heads of households includes 45 open codes in the form of 18 axial codes. The analysis of the findings indicates the existence of five main themes: social factors; cultural factors; family factors; individual-personality factors; and occupational factors. Entrepreneurship education for women heads of households is influenced by experiences and events in the living environment. On the other hand, the desire to progress and obtain a suitable job position is a strong factor that affects the entrepreneur's motivation. Also, an entrepreneur engages in creativity based on experiences, facilities, characteristics, and environmental conditions. In this model, unfavorable economic conditions, teacher-oriented parents, and valuing culture play an important role in fostering entrepreneurial thinking. Apart from this, obstacles including improper interaction with employees and time management also have a detrimental effect on entrepreneurship. In addition, the strategies adopted by the entrepreneur revolve around his personality and individual characteristics such as striving to acquire knowledge and performance based on curiosity, adaptability and tenacity, and having direction and purpose. Ultimately, positive and negative consequences including health and social usefulness, discovering new attitudes towards work, and job-related risks are experienced by the entrepreneur. The findings of this research can be taken into account for governance in the socio-economic field.

Abstract The present study aims to examine the relationship between customer service and customer satisfaction on brand popularity and brand reputation in the online women’s clothing retail industry, as well as their role in corporate governance. In the competitive environment of online markets, the quality of customer service and the level of customer satisfaction are regarded as key factors in creating a positive brand image and enhancing brand popularity. This research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, and data were collected through questionnaires.The Customer Service Questionnaire, based on the standardized tool developed by Albert Caruana (2002), consists of 16 five-point Likert-scale items with confirmed validity. The Customer Satisfaction Scale employs the CSS model by Faull and Ferguson (2013) with a Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of 0.76. Furthermore, the Brand Popularity Questionnaire uses 10 items adapted from Carroll and Ahuvia (2006), demonstrating acceptable validity and reliability.Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software (version 25). The findings indicate that high-quality customer service and improved customer satisfaction have a significant and positive impact on brand popularity and brand reputation. These results highlight the importance of effective customer relationship management and the implementation of targeted customer service strategies within the framework of corporate governance. The study provides practical insights for managers, marketers, and branding specialists to strengthen brand positioning in online markets.
Measuring and Comparing Attitudes toward Hijab and Spiritual Intelligence among Married and Single Students (Case Study: Fatemieh Higher Education Institute, Shiraz)

Abstract The purpose of this study was to measure and compare attitudes toward hijab and spiritual intelligence among married and single students. For this purpose, female students in Shiraz Fatemieh Higher Education Institute were picked as a statistical population. Among all students in 2021-2022, 233 people were selected as a sample by random sampling method. In this research, descriptive and ANOVA mean comparison test was used, data were collected using the King Spiritual Intelligence Scale (SISRI) and the standard test of attitude towards hijab. Findings show that attitudes toward hijab are significantly higher among married students than single students. Also, the attitude towards the hijab decreases with age. In addition, spiritual intelligence is higher among married students than single students, but this difference is not significant. Spiritual intelligence also increases with age. The findings of this study have important policy and managerial implications for policymakers in higher education, especially the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, also the directors of universities and higher education centers.
Identifying and Measuring Factors affecting Entrepreneurial Intention in Engineering Students of Al-Zahra University

Abstract The evolution of countries' economies from a resource-based economy to a knowledge-based economy doubles the need for universities to shift from teaching and research to triple education, research, and entrepreneurship. Students, as one of the most important human resources of universities, have a key role to play in this. The purpose of this study was to identify and measure the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention in engineering students of Al-Zahra University. For this purpose, a survey strategy with a sample size of 438 people was used. Research findings show that entrepreneurial personality traits have a significant positive relationship with students' attitudes to entrepreneurship. There is also a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and students' entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, there was a significant positive relationship between perceived support for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention, but no significant negative relationship between perceived barriers to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. Also, among the various engineering disciplines, mechanical engineering students, and among the various academic years, freshman students have the most entrepreneurial intention. The most important policy recommendations in this study include entrepreneurship training for students, continuous monitoring of entrepreneurship attitudes and students' entrepreneurial intentions, and finally, promotional activities and structural reforms to increase student entrepreneurship support and reduce student entrepreneurship barriers.
