Abstract Resilience plays an important role in coping with career and marital challenges, so strengthening this characteristic can play a significant role in improving the psychological state and job performance of individuals. Therefore, identifying the predictors of resilience seems essential. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of cognitive flexibility on resilience with the mediating role of marital adjustment in married female nurses. This fundamental study was conducted with a descriptive-analytical approach and a correlation method based on the structural equation model. The statistical population included 400 married female nurses working in health centers and public hospitals in Alborz province, who were selected using a multistage cluster sampling method. The research tools included the Connor and Davidson Resilience Questionnaire, the Dennis and Vander Waal Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire, and the Locke-Wallace Marital Adjustment Scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 and AMOS version 24 software. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Alborz University of Medical Sciences with the ID IR.ABZUMS.REC.1401.297. Participants participated in the study after providing informed consent and the confidentiality of their data was guaranteed. The results showed that cognitive flexibility (r = 0/762) and marital adjustment (r = 0/796) have a positive and significant relationship with resilience at a confidence level of 0/01. Also, the mediating role of marital adjustment in the relationship between cognitive flexibility and resilience was confirmed. The appropriate fit of the data with the conceptual model of the study was confirmed. The findings showed that in order to improve the resilience of married female nurses, it is necessary to pay attention to cognitive, emotional and affective factors. Accordingly, it is suggested that policymakers and health managers design and implement programs to improve these factors.

Abstract Resilience, as one of the key personality traits in coping with occupational and marital challenges, plays an important role. Identifying factors that enhance this trait can improve individuals' mental health and performance. Therefore, examining the variables that predict resilience seems essential. This study is a basic, descriptive-analytical research using a correlational approach and structural equation modeling. The statistical population consisted of 400 married female nurses working in public healthcare centers and hospitals in Alborz province, selected through multistage cluster sampling. The research tools included the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, the short version of the Self-Differentiation Scale (Skowron & Smith), and the Locke-Walsh Marital Adjustment Scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26 and AMOS version 24. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Alborz University of Medical Sciences (IR.ABZUMS.REC.1401.297). Participants voluntarily participated in the study, and their data confidentiality was ensured. The results showed that self-differentiation (r=0/712) and marital adjustment (r=0/796) had a significant positive relationship with resilience at a confidence level of (0/01). Moreover, the mediating role of marital adjustment in the relationship between self-differentiation and resilience was confirmed. The results indicated that the data fit the conceptual model of the study. The findings suggest that for enhancing resilience in married nurses, policymakers in the health sector should pay more attention to the emotional, cognitive, and emotional factors of this group.

Abstract .The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between love styles and attachment styles with the marital adjustment of married women working in education in Tehran. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study included all married women working in education in Tehran in 1403 (2024). Cluster and random sampling methods were used. The participants completed the Attitude toward Love (Love Styles) Questionnaire (Hendrick & Hendrick, 1986), the Attachment Questionnaire (Collins & Reid, 1990), and the Marital Adjustment Questionnaire (Spanier, 1976). To examine the relationships between the research variables, the Pearson correlation method was used, and to analyze the nature of these relationships, multivariate regression was applied using the latest version of SPSS-28 software. The results revealed a significant correlation between attachment styles and marital adjustment, as well as between love styles and marital adjustment among married women working in education in Tehran. According to the findings, there was a positive and significant relationship between the love styles of Eros, Storge, Pragma, and Agape with marital adjustment, while a negative and significant relationship was found between the love styles of Ludus and Mania with marital adjustment. According to the significance level, Eros love style (with an impact coefficient of 0.284), Ludus (with an impact coefficient of -0.14), Storge (with an impact coefficient of 0.29), Pragma (with an impact coefficient of 0.12), Mania (with an impact coefficient of -0.14), and Secure attachment style (with an impact coefficient of 0.09) were able to predict marital adjustment. However, Agape love style, as well as avoidant and anxious attachment styles, were not able to predict marital adjustment.

Various factors are effective in providing marital satisfaction. One of the most important of them is the sexual satisfaction of spouses with each other, which in turn is affected by other factors, such as spiritual well-being. This study aimed to investigate the moderating role of spiritual well-being in the relationship between sexual satisfaction and marital satisfaction of married women in Tehran. The present study was a descriptive correlation. The statistical population of the present study includes married people in Tehran in 1400. by available sampling method, 167 people were selected to participate in this study. Data collection tools included the Spiritual Welfare Scale, the Sexual Satisfaction Scale, and the Glombock-Right Marital Status Questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to analyze the data under SPSS software version 22. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between sexual satisfaction (0.37**) and spiritual well-being (0.31**) with marital adjustment was significant at the level of 0.01. Spiritual well-being also had a moderating role in the relationship between sexual satisfaction and marital adjustment (P <0.05). According to the results of the present study, sexual satisfaction and spiritual well-being have the ability to predict marital adjustment in women, and therefore these results can be attributed to professionals active in the field of couples and families to promote marital satisfaction in clients.

The Statistical population composes of all married women aged 25-40 referring to health centers of Khoy city year 2019. The sampling process was conducted with a random method of simple sampling; 60 women were chosen as sample groups and were determined randomly into experimental groups (n=30) and control groups (n=30). The experimental group received the initial maladaptive Yang et al. (2003) schema therapy for ten 90-minute sessions, and the control group was placed on the waiting list. The research tools included the Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire (Enrich, 1989) and Instrument included marital adjustment questionnaire (Spanier,1976). Descriptive statistical indexes and analysis of covariance test were applied orderly to data description and testing of research hypotheses. These results showed that Schema therapy affects marital satisfaction and adjustment, and this effect was stable at the follow-up stage. Also, the results of the covariance analysis showed that the interaction schema therapy effect on the marital satisfaction and adjustment components was significant (P<0.05). Regarding the results search, it possibly concluded that schema therapy is an effective intervention in increasing couples’ marital satisfaction and marital adjustment.
