The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral stress management training on quality of life and happiness in M .S patients in Shiraz. The present study is a semi-experimental type. The statistical population of this study included all patients referring to the MS Society of Shiraz in 1397. Among them, 30 women were selected by available sampling and randomly assigned to two groups of the experimental and control group. The used scales included The quality of life questionnaire for patients with MS Ayatollahy (2006) and the Oxford happiness questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Covariate analysis). The results showed that the implementation of stress management training improves the quality of life(F=10.12, P<00.04) and happiness(F=118.84, P<0.01) in the experimental group compared to the control group. According to the results of the study, cognitive-behavioral stress management can improve the quality of life and happiness in these patients. Therefore, this training program can be used as an intervention program for the target group.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the role and social commitment of companies on environmental damage and its consequences and effects on the health and health of employees. Case study of female staff of Assaluyeh Petrochemicals. This study examines the role, commitment, and support of petrochemicals on the health, health, and staffing of women in relation to pollution and its detrimental effects on the environment. Assaluyeh Petrochemicals. In this research, it is an applied research and a descriptive survey. Our statistical population consists of petrochemical workers in the south of the country who have been involved in bladder cancer and most of these patients are those whose working conditions are such that they should be kept in open space outside office sites and buildings. They are involved in industrial pollution such as green space, repairs, and so on. The statistical population of this study consisted of 58 patients who were selected using the Cochran formula. Accounting plays an important role in corporate social responsibility, environmental crises, existing standards and standards, revenues and costs, and insurance franchises. According to the results of the hypotheses, there is a direct relationship between the role and commitment of petrochemical managers due to its pollutants and its detrimental effects on the environment and the health and health of its female employees. Thus, the incidence of bladder cancer among petrochemical workers is directly related to their work environment. The results show that there is a direct and meaningful relationship between the role and social commitment of companies and the health and health of female employees and their environment. Therefore, managers should play an important role in reducing the illness and health of their employees with the responsibilities they are responsible for, as well as supporting their franchisees with an appropriate insurance franchise for their medical expenses.

The social responsibility of the organization, which has been an issue of concern and an eye catching issue in recent years, is an essential factor for the survival of any organization. Demographic characteristics influence social responsibility. The purpose of this study was to investigate the social responsibility of women in comparison with men among the financial staff of Shiraz. The purpose of this study was to conduct a survey based on the purpose of applied research. The statistical population included the financial staff of Shiraz in 1398. The sample size of the study was 96 persons. A two-part questionnaire including Carroll's (1991) demographic and social responsibility questionnaire was used for data collection. In this study, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed and the reliability of the questionnaire was measured by Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed by means of independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and data were analyzed using SPSS software version 22. Findings showed that the social responsibility of the financial staff was assessed. In addition, the findings of the study showed that there is a significant difference between the level of social responsibility with the variables of gender and education so that the tendency of women to social responsibility is higher than that of men. In the face of problems, they make more responsible decisions and take responsibility There is a significant difference among financial staff with master's degree than financial staff with associate's and bachelor's degree, and the results show that education is different in the two groups of men and women so that the average group of women is larger than the average group. However, there is no significant difference between social responsibility and marital status, work experience, and age.

The evolution of countries' economies from a resource-based economy to a knowledge-based economy doubles the need for universities to shift from teaching and research to triple education, research, and entrepreneurship. Students, as one of the most important human resources of universities, have a key role to play in this. The purpose of this study was to identify and measure the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention in engineering students of Al-Zahra University. For this purpose, a survey strategy with a sample size of 438 people was used. Research findings show that entrepreneurial personality traits have a significant positive relationship with students' attitudes to entrepreneurship. There is also a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and students' entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, there was a significant positive relationship between perceived support for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention, but no significant negative relationship between perceived barriers to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. Also, among the various engineering disciplines, mechanical engineering students, and among the various academic years, freshman students have the most entrepreneurial intention. The most important policy recommendations in this study include entrepreneurship training for students, continuous monitoring of entrepreneurship attitudes and students' entrepreneurial intentions, and finally, promotional activities and structural reforms to increase student entrepreneurship support and reduce student entrepreneurship barriers.

Target: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of spiritual intelligence on the relationship between psychological capital and social vitality of Shiraz university students. Method: The research is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of Shiraz University students in year 98. A total of 200 subjects were selected by convenience sampling from which 174 females and 28 males. Data were collected using King's Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaires, Lutz Psychological Capital, and Oxford Happiness Questionnaires. The data were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and regression. Findings: The results showed that the components of psychological capital, hope, and resilience were able to predict social happiness positively and significantly, and also the components of spiritual intelligence, critical thinking, personal meaning production, and awareness expansion, were able to predict social happiness. Positive and significant predictors and variables. Psychological capital and spiritual intelligence as the predictor variable and social vitality variable as the criterion variable were able to predict positive and significant social happiness, so it can be said that spiritual intelligence has a significant and mediating role between hope and optimism with social vitality. Conclusion: Based on the present results, it can be suggested that ways of enhancing spiritual intelligence in learning skills are to increase social vitality and hope among students since students have a basic need for these skills and this is an important issue with the implementation of the course. Training for students in different situations can also be effective

Background: The amount of umbilical cord blood gas reflects the fetus’ metabolic status and is one of the main diagnostic criteria of birth asphyxia. The question is whether anxiety caused by labor pain of the mother affects asphyxia birth and umbilical cord blood gases? Comparison of the effects of maternal supportive care and acupressure (BL32 acupoint) during labor on the mother’s anxiety level and Arterial oxygen pressure of the umbilical cord of infants (PO2). Materials and Methods: This clinical trial was performed on 150 pregnant women who were randomly assigned to two interventions and a control group in the delivery ward of the selected educational center of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (Shoushtari hospital). Mothers’ anxiety scores before (beginning of the active stage of labor) and after the intervention (the end of the first stage of labor) were measured using Spielberger’s questionnaire. then infants’ cord blood samples for arterial blood gas and hematologic analyses sent to the hospital’s laboratory. After all, the data with SPSS version16 and using Pearson’s correlation coefficient, one-way ANOVA, were analyzed. Results: The mean of anxiety score in the control group was 21.1% and in the support group and the acupressure group, decreased by 37.5% and 34.8% respectively (p<0.001). The mean of PO2 was also reported in maternal supportive, acupressure, and control groups, 40.4±8.8, 27.4±2.8, and 18.1±3.7, respectively. Additionally, a significant correlation was found between mothers’ anxiety scores after the intervention and the mean of PO2 (p=0.014). Conclusion: The supportive care and acupressure at BL32 acupoint reduced mothers’ anxiety and, consequently, improved fetal oxygenation. SO, the Support group was better than the acupressure group, but they were not statistically significant.
<OtherAbstract Language="FA">Background: The amount of umbilical cord blood gas reflects the fetus’ metabolic status and is one of the main diagnostic criteria of birth asphyxia.
