چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر معنادرمانی بر کاهش احساس تنهایی و افسردگی مادران دارای فرزند اختلال یادگیری بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه ی مادران دارای فرزند اختلال یادگیری مراجعه کننده به مرکز اختلالات یادگیری ولایت در شهر اهواز بود که از بین آنها 20 نفر به شیوه ی نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسشنامه های احساس تنهایی(UCLA) و افسردگی بک (BDI) بود. جلسات گروه آزمایش به صورت مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر معنادرمانی در طول ده جلسه 90 دقیقه ای برگزار شد. جهت تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری و تک متغیری) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر معنادرمانی باعث کاهش افسردگی و احساس تنهایی مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری شده است. براساس یافته های پژوهش حاضر می توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر معنادرمانی می تواند به عنوان یک روش موثر جهت کمک به کاهش احساس تنهایی و افسردگی مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده English

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of group counseling based on logotherapy on reducing loneliness and depression in mothers with children with learning disabilities. The present study was semi-experimental. The statistical population was all mothers having children with learning disabilities, referred to the Velayat Learning Disabilities Center in Ahvaz. Among whom, 20people were selected by the available sampling method and were divided randomly into experimental and control groups. Data collection in this study was conducted by the Behavior of Loneliness Questionnaire (UCLA) and the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). Experimental group sessions were held with a logotherapy approach during ten 90-minute sessions. Descriptive statistics mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistics, multivariate and univariate analysis of covariance, were used. The results showed that group therapy based on logotherapy reduces loneliness and depression of mothers with children with learning disabilities (P˂0.01). Therefore, this therapeutic approach possibly is employed as an effective method to help reduce loneliness and depression in mothers of children with learning disabilities.
