Submission Guidelines for the Journal of Interdisciplinary Women’s Studies
Dear Researchers and Authors,
With utmost respect and appreciation for your valued trust in the Journal of Interdisciplinary Women’s Studies, we are delighted to have you join us in advancing specialized knowledge in women’s studies. This journal, dedicated to expanding the boundaries of knowledge and publishing original research, welcomes high-quality manuscripts within the interdisciplinary domains related to women.
To facilitate the submission, review, and publication process, please carefully read and follow the guidelines below before submitting your manuscript:
1. Download and Use the Standard Article Template
All manuscripts must be prepared strictly according to the official journal template. Compliance with structure, writing style, font, formatting, and referencing style is mandatory.
2. Submission of Required Forms
At the time of submission, the following forms must be completed and uploaded:
Author Declaration Form (confirming originality and no simultaneous submission elsewhere)
Conflict of Interest Form (disclosing any financial or personal relationships relevant to the research)
Copyright/Exclusivity Form (granting publication rights to the journal)
📌 Note: Manuscripts will not enter the review process without submission of these forms.
3. Research Ethics Code
If the manuscript includes data directly collected from individuals (e.g., questionnaires, interviews, or other human data collection methods), even if non-interventional, ethics approval from the relevant university or institutional ethics committee is mandatory.
The ethics code must be included in the manuscript.
A copy of the ethics approval certificate must be submitted along with other documents.
4. Submission via the SinaWeb System
All manuscripts must be submitted only through the journal’s electronic system (SinaWeb). Please follow these steps:
Visit the official journal website and register in the system.
Complete your user profile with full and accurate information.
Upload the manuscript and all required documents.
Track the status of your manuscript through your user dashboard.
5. Review and Publication Fees
Scientific review fee: 100,000 IRR (payable after initial acceptance and before starting the peer review process)
Publication fee: 700,000 IRR (payable after final acceptance and approval of the manuscript)
6. Payment Instructions

📌 Important payment notes:
Payments can be made via card-to-card (ATM), internet banking, or mobile banking.
After payment, obtain a receipt including the payment date, amount, last four digits of the card, and transaction tracking number.
Upload the receipt in the “Payment Documents” section of your user profile.
The editorial office will verify and confirm payment within two working days.
7. Open Access to Articles
The Journal of Interdisciplinary Women’s Studies operates under an Open Access policy, meaning that all published articles are freely accessible to researchers and the general public. No fees are charged to readers for accessing or downloading articles.
