1. How can I submit my article to the journal?
To submit an article, first register on the journal’s website. Then, upload the article file and the required documents (including the commitment form, conflict of interest form, and author information) through your user panel.


 


 


 


2. What types of articles are accepted by the journal?
The Journal of Interdisciplinary Women's Studies accepts and publishes scientific-research, review, and case study articles. Submissions must be innovative, scientifically structured, and relevant to the interdisciplinary field of women's studies.


 


 


 


3. Is there a fee for submitting an article?
Yes. The journal charges fees in two stages:
🔸 Review fee: 100,000 Toman, payable after initial approval and before peer review.
🔸 Editing and final preparation fee (for accepted articles): 700,000 Toman.


 


 


 


4. How long does the peer review process take?
Peer review typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks. This duration may vary depending on the subject of the article and the availability of expert reviewers.


 


 


 


5. Are review or translated articles accepted?
Yes. The journal reviews and publishes research, review, and case study articles. However, translated articles are not accepted for review.


 


 


 


6. Are accepted articles indexed in scientific databases?
Yes. Published articles are indexed in the following databases:
Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), Noormags, Magiran, Ensani (Anthropology and Cultural Studies Scientific Base), and Google Scholar.


 


 


 


7. Can I edit my article after submission?
You may edit your article only before the review process begins. After the review starts, revisions can only be made in response to reviewer comments via a revised version.


 


 


 


8. My article was rejected. Can I resubmit it?
If an article is scientifically rejected, resubmitting the same version is not allowed. However, a thoroughly revised article with a new structure and title may be considered for submission.


 


 


 


9. Can reviewers use artificial intelligence tools?
No. Reviewers are strictly prohibited from using any AI tools. All reviews must be conducted manually, scientifically, and based on expertise.


 


 


 


10. Is the journal published in print?
