This study aimed to predict mental health based on the sexual function of married women. This research is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all married women in Bavanat city, from which 130 married women were selected as the sample size by the available sampling method. Keys Mental Health Questionnaire (2002) and Rosen Sexual Function Questionnaire (2000) were used to collect data. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression coefficient were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that a significant positive relationship between mental health and sexual function of married women and the components of desire and satisfaction have a higher power in predicting mental healthThe results showed that the better married women are in marital relationships, the more mental health they have. Therefore, good sexual performance can affect women's mental health.
