        The purpose of this study was to measure and compare attitudes toward hijab and spiritual intelligence among married and single students. For this purpose, female students in Shiraz Fatemieh Higher Education Institute were picked as a statistical population. Among all students in 2021-2022, 233 people were selected as a sample by random sampling method. In this research, descriptive and ANOVA mean comparison test was used, data were collected using the King Spiritual Intelligence Scale (SISRI) and the standard test of attitude towards hijab. Findings show that attitudes toward hijab are significantly higher among married students than single students. Also, the attitude towards the hijab decreases with age. In addition, spiritual intelligence is higher among married students than single students, but this difference is not significant. Spiritual intelligence also increases with age. The findings of this study have important policy and managerial implications for policymakers in higher education, especially the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, also the directors of universities and higher education centers.         By explaining the genuine status of women, Islam has considered many financial and economic rights for women; however, in Islamic financial law, women have no financial responsibility for providing the family means of livelihood for their household. Therefore, women have financial independence, and all rights such as inheritance, dowry, alimony, income from work belong to women based on the Islamic legal system. No one has the right to attack, demand, and seize this right. In addition, women are involved in the foundation of economic development and the creation of human capital. This paper explores the Islamic view of women's economic status. Then, the role of women in the economic development of Islamic society is evaluated, and suggestions are made to enhance women's empowerment. This article is descriptive and analytical.         A correct and accurate evaluation of an idea is conditional on genealogy, that is, the investigation of that idea's philosophical, social, and historical roots. Paying attention to the production of knowledge and empowerment and adherence to the continuation of the development of values and insights today requires the influence of the family function. The family system is relied on adjusting the identity, improving the human personality, and educating people; these factors are based on a proper education system. A rational response is important in the development of responsibility and ethics-oriented stage in the legislative system, as well as education and documentary, up-to-date scientific research. Surveys show that the equal approach in the gender education field does not accept disappointment, skewed thinking, or skewed taste. Also, documented programs make training and coordination stable to remove the concern of gender perspective in the family and society. Education, whether it challenges or perpetuates inequalities, is a significant principle requiring the drawing up of an efficient order in implementation. The regularity principle, the education coordination stages, training, and coordination between physical and mental training are important points of education unity and family stability. The findings show that coordination in the direction of the flourishing of gender characteristics and benefiting from the gifts of gender differences in the necessary opportunities and contexts is not always equal. The result of the efficiency of the research is the creation of platforms that place the subject of gender education in providing equal opportunities and the possibility of making the right choice based on inherent gender differences. One of the educational institutions in the country (Iran) called Islamic Azad University, has provided an opportunity for women to play an active role in various cultural, social, political, and economic fields, also to change society's attitude towards women's abilities with self-confidence and show that development will not be possible without the participation of women. Since the performances and consequences of Islamic Azad University have been different in various fields and regions of the country; so, this research purpose is to investigate the role and performance of Shahr-e-Babak Islamic Azad University in the educational, cultural, social, and economic affairs of women. Therefore, the Islamic Azad University's impact on the educational, cultural, social, and economic affairs of women has been studied. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical, applied, and survey. This method is data collection, documentary, and field study (researcher-made questionnaire). The study's statistical population includes employees, post-graduate & school students, homemakers, and freelancers living in Shahr-e Babak. The sample size is 500 people, and SPSS software has been used to enter information and data and analyze them. The result of Islamic Azad University affects women in Shahr-e Babak city as follows: educational affairs (T = 79.16, P <5%), cultural-social affairs (T = 60.85, P <5%), and economic affairs (T = 93.37, P <5%).
