Abstract Given the rise in the number of female graduates and their inclination to participate in social roles, the need for jobs commensurate with their level of education becomes essential. Career success, as a multidimensional concept, is influenced by various factors including individual, environmental, and organizational characteristics. In this context, identifying the factors affecting career success can help improve working conditions and enhance the capabilities of female employees. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to identify individual factors influencing the career success of female employees at the IKIU. This research is of an applied nature. The statistical population of the study included all female employees of the university, who were surveyed through a census of 100 individuals. The data collection tool was a questionnaire with 146 questions. In this study, structural equation modeling and factor analysis were used to investigate the individual factors affecting the career success of female employees and to identify latent variables, ensuring data validity by using software such as EXCEL, SPSS, and PLS. Additionally, convergent and discriminant validity, as well as composite reliability and Cronbach's alpha, were used to determine validity and reliability. The findings from the 74 collected questionnaires indicate that the factor loadings for all variables under study are at a desirable level (β > 0.5), which is indicative of the construct's validity and reliability. The analyses show that conscientiousness, agreeableness, occupational motivation, motivation for public service, work-family conflict, number of children, and age have a positive impact on career success. In contrast, factors such as self-esteem, openness, extraversion, neuroticism, masculinity, marital status, education, and experience do not affect career success. These results are particularly important in the field of managerial positions for women in male-dominated organizations where the number of female employees is significantly lower than that of men. Therefore, the necessary conditions should be provided for female employees to be given opportunities to experience various job responsibilities. Ultimately, this research can serve as a reliable source for identifying and analyzing factors affecting the career success of female employees in universities. Given the importance and status of employees in the university system, there is a need for continuous improvement and enhancement of scientific capabilities, professional skills, and expertise on the agenda of higher education policymakers. This study can be used as a guide for university policymakers and administrators to improve working conditions and enhance the career success of female employees, helping to identify and address existing obstacles in this area.

Abstract .The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between love styles and attachment styles with the marital adjustment of married women working in education in Tehran. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study included all married women working in education in Tehran in 1403 (2024). Cluster and random sampling methods were used. The participants completed the Attitude toward Love (Love Styles) Questionnaire (Hendrick & Hendrick, 1986), the Attachment Questionnaire (Collins & Reid, 1990), and the Marital Adjustment Questionnaire (Spanier, 1976). To examine the relationships between the research variables, the Pearson correlation method was used, and to analyze the nature of these relationships, multivariate regression was applied using the latest version of SPSS-28 software. The results revealed a significant correlation between attachment styles and marital adjustment, as well as between love styles and marital adjustment among married women working in education in Tehran. According to the findings, there was a positive and significant relationship between the love styles of Eros, Storge, Pragma, and Agape with marital adjustment, while a negative and significant relationship was found between the love styles of Ludus and Mania with marital adjustment. According to the significance level, Eros love style (with an impact coefficient of 0.284), Ludus (with an impact coefficient of -0.14), Storge (with an impact coefficient of 0.29), Pragma (with an impact coefficient of 0.12), Mania (with an impact coefficient of -0.14), and Secure attachment style (with an impact coefficient of 0.09) were able to predict marital adjustment. However, Agape love style, as well as avoidant and anxious attachment styles, were not able to predict marital adjustment.

Sobhan Pornikdast, Zahra Asadi, Maryam Molaei Khaltabadi

Abstract .In the last decade, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) has transitioned from being a movement disorder to a complex disease involving various factors, especially in women. These factors include increased sensitivity in internal organs, changes in the interaction between the intestinal nervous system and the central nervous system, as well as psychological and social factors. There is growing evidence indicating that a history of abuse and stressful life events play a role in the development of IBS in women. Research has also linked the clustering of IBS with social learning mechanisms and genetic factors. This review study focuses on female patients with IBS and, based on the biological-psychological-social model, examines health beliefs, exercise, stressors, and environmental factors.

https://doi.org/10.22034/jwir.2024.725790

Reza Raufian

Abstract One of the certain principles in human communication is the application of rules that guarantee the mental health of society, and a major part of achieving mental health is observing sexual ethics, especially observing hijab. The importance of the hijab issue is revealed when Satan, in his first encounter with man, tries to make him naked in order to put him in a position of psychological pressure; Therefore, the purpose of the upcoming article, which was carried out with the method of library studies, is to try to realize the theoretical foundations of hijab, which some are trying to remove under the pretext of the slogan of women, life, freedom and with the aim of increasing psychological pressure on the society. Relying on the word "clothes" is because this word can carry the meaning of covering and comfort. In addition to referring to clothing as a symbol of clothing in humans, the Holy Quran has also paid attention to its comforting symbol. In the semantic analysis, clothing is placed in a semantic field with the root "sakana" - which means relaxation; The combination of these two shows their close relationship and influence on each other. Based on this, hijab is not possible in the course of its realization without the accurate presentation of efficient models in mental health - which are referred to as prevention levels; It is also impossible to fully realize mental health in the society without considering the practical role of hijab.

Abstract This study aims to investigate the role of body image in predicting sexual performance quality in primiparous women after childbirth in Bushehr. Bodily changes after childbirth, particularly in first-time mothers, can significantly affect their body perception, as well as their sexual relationships and satisfaction. Researchers believe that a positive or negative body image after childbirth influences not only sexual performance quality but also mental health and life satisfaction in women. Given the importance of this issue, this research specifically examines how body image affects the sexual performance of primiparous women in Bushehr. The research used a quantitative approach, employing valid and standardized measurement tools for data collection. The tools included the Fisher Body Image Scale (FBIS) and the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), both of which have the necessary validity and reliability for accurate assessment. These tools are specifically designed to evaluate various aspects of body image and sexual function. The study population consisted of primiparous women who had given birth vaginally. To enhance the accuracy and generalizability of the results, random sampling was employed, and the study group was selected from primiparous women with similar conditions residing in Bushehr. The findings clearly showed that postpartum body image significantly influences sexual function quality. Women with a positive body image after childbirth reported higher sexual performance quality. In contrast, women with a negative body image experienced a significant decline in satisfaction and sexual function quality. These findings underscore the importance of considering the mental health and body image of women after childbirth, emphasizing that a negative body image can affect not only sexual health but also interpersonal relationships. The results also indicated that improving body image after childbirth could directly lead to increased satisfaction with sexual performance. This highlights the importance of focusing on body image in postpartum women and shows that through the development of behavioral and psychological interventions, body image can be enhanced, ultimately improving women’s quality of life and mental health. The overall conclusion of this research emphasizes that postpartum body image plays a crucial role in women’s sexual and mental health. Therefore, addressing this issue could contribute to the development of intervention programs and targeted treatments designed to improve body image, thereby enhancing sexual performance and mental well-being in women.
