Women's employment has always been discussed in various dimensions. The creation of paradox in the field of women's employment has raised questions among thinkers in the economic, social, moral, and religious spheres. The argument of this article is to see what is Islam's approach to women's employment? What are the obstacles and challenges facing the issue of women's employment in an Islamic society? This research has tried to analyze the economic and living conditions of women by documenting the systematic and exploratory study by reviewing the systematic studies conducted in this field and the theoretical considerations taken from the Islamic point of view, emphasizing its adaptation to the original religious teachings in Islamic Iran. Pay attention to the main purpose. The findings show that although Islam has given women the principle of economic independence, women are both the owners of their labor and production and have no responsibility for the family's economy, but in the context of handing over labor to women in Islam, the interests of society, the family It also takes into account individual circumstances and issues, which create limitations for women's work. Certificates of cognitive population show that women's economic participation has increased from 12.93 percent in the 1976 census to 16 percent in the 2016 census, indicating a change in the participation of women in the Islamic economy, a change in their personal and social identities. An increase in the number of female graduates, women’s employment in different economic sectors and increase in women's activity in management sectors compared to previous decades indicate a significant growth. However, the lack of equal opportunities in favor to men to find jobs, lower wages than men and the unemployment rate of women, especially in higher education, the existence of some social and cultural restrictions on women's employment, attitudes and misconceptions. Compared to the competence of women in various jobs, the expansion of gender inequality in access to resources and the consequent increase in harm due to the lack of readiness and recognition of society are the main concern and challenge of women's employment in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Readability is one of the main characteristics of high-quality urban environments that allow the individual to establish a favorable relationship between the individual and the urban environment for a correct and deep understanding of the environment. When placed in a readable environment, the mental image of people in the form of cognitive maps of the environment, makes people navigate easily when moving in space and will not feel confused. Today, following modern urban planning and the emergence of modern residential complexes, due to the low quality of diversity, we see poor readability that Ekbatan town, as an example of modern urban planning, has poor readability. As gender affects perception and Environmental preference affects and among them, women constitute the largest population of the society, whose presence depends on readability and security in the environment. So the purpose of this article is to identify and create a readable urban space for women in Ekbatan and seeks to answer this question: What factors affect the readability of women from Ekbatan town and what is the distribution of factors in the town? This research has been done qualitatively and data analysis has been used for the final evaluation. This research firstly redefines the concepts of readability, mental image, cognitive map, women's perception using documentary studies and library resources, then based on the concepts extracted from the theoretical part of the research, identifying readability factors in Ekbatan town by field method and attending Town, preparation of mind maps, the questionnaire is realized, data is measured using percentage and reliability assessment is done with Spss software. Studies show that indigenous women with high residence time and well-understand, consider the town as a readable environment. They do not feel confused by their mental imagery of the town and its readability components. Factors affecting women's readability in the town are Basij Square, Sarem Hospital, and Nafisi Street, respectively, and the sections outside the residential blocks are more readable than the inner sections of the blocks. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between seven components of women's lifestyle (sleep, omega-3 intake, exercise, sunlight, and socialization, using cyberspace and using traditional media) with their mental health according to an evolutionary point of view. The statistical population included women over 18 years old living in Shiraz in 1398-99, of which 182 women answered the questionnaires by sampling. Lifestyle questionnaires and Hopkins syndrome were used to collect data. Data analysis was performed using two tests of Pearson correlation coefficient and regression coefficient using SPSS-26 software. The results showed that in general, omega-3 consumption has a significant Curved linear dual relation with mental health. Among the subscales of the Hopkins sign, sleep also showed a significant positive relationship with somatization and obsessive-compulsive disorder. It can be seen that women's lifestyle has a great impact on their mental health, their children, and maintaining the physical and mental health of the family. Promoting a lifestyle that is more in line with women's evolutionary past is a more plausible perspective that can improve their mental health. Manuscript profile

Marital satisfaction is one of the factors for progress and achieving life goals while having psychological problems such as depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder can be obstacles to achieving these goals. This study aims to investigate the relationship between depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder with marital satisfaction in pregnant women in Malekan. This research is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population included primiparous women of Malekan city in 2019. Hundred people were selected from the clients of health centers, using the available sampling method. Data collection tools were the Beck questionnaire to determine the degree of depression, the Madzley Obsessive-compulsive disorder, and Enrich questionnaire to determine marital satisfaction, completed by interview. Data were analyzed by Chi-square, Fisher, Pearson, and multiple linear regressions. The results of multiple linear regression of the effect of depression on marital satisfaction showed that depression had a statistically significant relationship with the subscales of marital satisfaction, relationship, conflict resolution, and ideal distortion. Also, the results of multiple linear regression of the effect of obsession on marital satisfaction showed that obsession had a statistically significant relationship with the subscales of communication and ideal distortion. In conclusion, the present study showed that the relationship between depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder with marital satisfaction is inverse. Marital satisfaction in pregnant women with depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder was lower than in healthy people. Therefore, it should be considered as one of the important priorities to reduce these problems. Manuscript profile

In developing countries, women play a significant role in promoting families, also the growth and development of their countries. The success of women entrepreneurs in societies brings economic advantages and creates social and cultural benefits. Countries consider entrepreneurship due to three reasons; "wealth creation, technology development, and productive employment." However, in Iran, this concept is simply synonymous with "employment" by mistake, and we are moving towards entrepreneurship only to solve the employment problem. The present study investigates the role of women in the relationship between entrepreneurial tendencies of companies and financial performance in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. For this purpose, data related to 140 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange between the years 2013 to 2020 were collected and examined by the method of the structural equation (PLS). Findings from the study show that women have a moderating role between the criteria of entrepreneurial orientation and performance indicators of the company. It means that the role of women will improve the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and corporate financial performance. Manuscript profile

Virginity can be studied in various ways. Although virginity is a biological feature, it has been represented in different manifestations throughout history. Virginity is part of a woman's genitals. However, the conceptual meaning of virginity is not limited to women's physiology. It also has penetrated the cultural and gender relations of societies, and in many cases, has determined the customary, moral, and legal criteria and standards. This study seeks to answer the question: What are the sources and roots of virginity and its meaning in human societies? To this end, virginity was reviewed in a sample of myths, religions, some primitive and modern communities. The results suggest that the concepts of virginity in different societies are related to the mythological, historical, economic, and cultural contexts and characteristics. In recent decades, studies related to women's health and quality of life have emphasized the notable role of feminine norms and gender discrimination. This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of self-silencing components in the relationship between conformity to feminine norms and perception of gender discrimination with the quality of life of employed and student women aged 18 to 40. The sample included 687 women in Kazerun who participated in this study virtually by responding to the questionnaire link. This link is composed of items related to the four tools: Conformity to Feminine Norms Inventory (Parent and Moradi, 2010), Schedule of Sexist Events (Klonoff and Landrin, 1995), the Silencing the Self Scale (Jack and Dale, 1992), and WHO Quality of Life Questionnaire- Brief form. The analysis results, performed using structural equation modeling in AMOS-22, showed that conformity to feminine norms and perceptions of gender discrimination, in addition to direct impact, indirectly and through self-silencing components, also affected various aspects of women's quality of life. These results showed that the emphasis of the WHO on the necessity of attention to women's understanding of social discrimination and gender norms is a serious matter and should be considered for Iranian women. Women constitute half of the global population. Currently, one of the main needs of females in society is to be present in urban spaces with security. In this regard, it is of great importance to improve the quality of urban spaces for the presence of all members of society, especially women. Therefore, the permeability of urban spaces is one of the most important factors enabling the continuous presence of women in urban spaces. Enhancing the permeability of urban spaces will improve security, thereby leading to the significant presence and the establishment of social interactions in the public area. The present research is a descriptive-analytical study carried out to understand the relationship between the presence of women and security provided by permeability in Dowlat Abad and Hezar Dastgah residential towns in Tehran. To this end, 309 women live in Hezar Dastgah residential town, and 289 women live in Dowlat Abad residential town. Those who have had a residency history of at least two years are randomly selected (the sample size was estimated using Cochran's formula), and obtained data are analyzed using SPSS 22 software. The results indicate that the residents of Hezardastgah residential town experience significantly higher permeability in the public spaces compared to those of Dowlat Abad residential town. While about 52.2% of the residents of Hezar Dastgah residential town have the feeling of security, 37% of the residents in Dowlat Abad residential town have this feeling. Moreover, examining the relationship between security provided by permeability and the presence of women indicates that factors such as visual control and accessibility and legibility are the most important factors playing a role in providing security, followed by spatial integrity. According to the data published by various demographic organizations, the fertility rate is decreasing in many countries of the world, including in Iran. This can be due to several reasons. Despite this, the cultural transformations during the last few decades, among other changes, stand out the most. The growth of individualism and humanistic thoughts, changes in beliefs and attitudes, the growth of secularism, transformation in family values, and reformation are among the most important developments related to fertility. The purpose of this research is to study the effective factors in fertility in the individual, family and social spheres and to explain a model for the family in the field of fertility based on reliable evidence and relying on religious teachings. Therefore, the research method in this study is qualitative and analytical. The research results showed that there is a significant relationship between the variables of individualism, modernization, religiosity, secularism and family values in families and fertility; In this sense, the higher the level of commitment to the religious beliefs of the family, the lower the levels of secularism and individualism, and the higher the level of attention to family values, the higher the fertility rate in those families. In the meantime, modernization and its consequences on the family and especially on women have contributed greatly to changing attitudes. Therefore, the most important principle is the change in attitude, belief, value and action at the three levels of the individual, family and society. Attitudes are formed over time and a transformational process, and then they become beliefs and values and finally actions, and once they are formed, it is simply not possible to change them, therefore, effective measures must be formed in this field. Tolerance is one of the prominent human qualities that God considered in the Qur'an as a divine blessing and mercy. Tolerance, as a high moral virtue, has a significant effect on personal and social ethics and is one of the principles that has had a tremendous impact on the improvement and growth of human relations with others. So, its observance is necessary for the general peace of society. In this regard, this article investigated the relations between men, women, and children from a descriptive and analytical perspective focusing on the internal and external effects of tolerance with a religious teaching approach. Tolerance has internal and external results, and tolerance, as a moral virtue, is one of the qualities that bring people high and honorable positions in this world and the hereafter. Also, it plays a very constructive role in the person's family and social life. Life is full of misfortunes that a person might deal with; if one does not build tolerance and behaves harshly and violently with others in times of difficulty and roughness, it will damage both person's social credit and his/ her religious-moral health. A correct and accurate evaluation of an idea is conditional on genealogy, that is, the investigation of that idea's philosophical, social, and historical roots. Paying attention to the production of knowledge and empowerment and adherence to the continuation of the development of values and insights today requires the influence of the family function. The family system is relied on adjusting the identity, improving the human personality, and educating people; these factors are based on a proper education system. A rational response is important in the development of responsibility and ethics-oriented stage in the legislative system, as well as education and documentary, up-to-date scientific research. Surveys show that the equal approach in the gender education field does not accept disappointment, skewed thinking, or skewed taste. Also, documented programs make training and coordination stable to remove the concern of gender perspective in the family and society. Education, whether it challenges or perpetuates inequalities, is a significant principle requiring the drawing up of an efficient order in implementation. The regularity principle, the education coordination stages, training, and coordination between physical and mental training are important points of education unity and family stability. The findings show that coordination in the direction of the flourishing of gender characteristics and benefiting from the gifts of gender differences in the necessary opportunities and contexts is not always equal. The result of the efficiency of the research is the creation of platforms that place the subject of gender education in providing equal opportunities and the possibility of making the right choice based on inherent gender differences. The present study aimed to compare irrational beliefs, self-concept, and spiritual well-being in divorced and normal women. This research was causal-comparative. The statistical population was all divorced women covered by the welfare organization and ordinary women of Shiraz city. The sample group consisted of 120 people in two groups (60 divorced women and 60 normal women). The available sampling method was used to determine the sample size in the group of divorced women. The purposeful method was used for normal women to compare the group of normal women with divorced women. Jones' irrational beliefs questionnaire, Rogers' self-concept questionnaire, Polotzin's and Ellison's spiritual well-being questionnaire, were analyzed. The collected data were evaluated at two levels (descriptive statistics and inferential statistics). At the level of statistics, mean and standard deviation were used, and at the level of inferential statistics, multivariate analysis of variance has used. The result showed that there is a significant difference between irrational beliefs, self-concept, and spiritual well-being in divorced and normal women. Irrational beliefs in women with a history of divorce are higher than in normal women, and the mean of self-concept variables and spiritual well-being in women with a history of divorce is lower than in normal women. The average of irrational beliefs and their dimensions (including helplessness against change, the expectation of approval from others, problem avoidance, and emotional irresponsibility) are higher in women with a history of divorce than in normal women. There is a significant difference between self-concept in women with a history of divorce and normal women. The average spiritual well-being and its dimensions (existential health and religious health) are lower in women with a history of divorce than in normal women. Based on the results, on the need to pay attention to the irrational beliefs of self-concept and spiritual well-being, it is suggested that these structures be implemented in pre-marriage training classes to prevent the occurrence of problems and increase people's awareness of the role of these variables in joint life. Treatment of children with autism is limited to hospital and treatment spaces, and urban spaces, especially green spaces, do not play a suitable role in their presence in the social setting. In terms of green spaces, landscape healing is debatable and significant, and in terms of therapy, it can be beneficial to the treatment and health of autistic children. This research besides presenting a descriptive description of the characteristics of autistic children in dealing with the environment, and considering the effective factors regarding children's presence in the urban landscape, proposes strategies for designing healing parks through this perspective. This research is done with an applied purpose, based on descriptive-analytical logic and with a qualitative method and classifying interviews with physicians, psychologists, and mothers of children with autism, benefiting from theoretical studies on the environment and disease type. The healing landscape, considering the benefit of a multi-sensory and prone space in the community presence in the open space, can suitably impact the treatment of children, if it benefits from a controllable space and observes physical components in reducing harm to children from the environment. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between parenting styles with parents’ sexual knowledge and attitude and the level of interest in talking about sexual issues with children in Shiraz. Therefore, 160 parents with children were selected by convenience sampling as a statistical sample. The data were collected by Parenting Styles Questionnaire (Baumrind, 1991), Parents’ Interest in Talking about Sexual Issues (Koblinsky & Atkinson, 1982), and Sexual Knowledge and Attitude Scale (Besharat, 2005). The reliability of the instruments was estimated using Cronbach’s alpha. The relationship between each dimension of parenting styles and parents’ sexual knowledge and attitude and interest in talking about sexual issues was examined using correlation and regression analysis. The results revealed a significant negative relationship between authoritarian parenting style and interest in talking about sexual issues. There was a significant positive relationship between authoritative parenting style and sexual knowledge and attitude. Furthermore, no significant relationship was found between permissive parenting style and sexual knowledge and attitude, and interest in talking about sexual issues in the family. However, even with the introduction of sexual knowledge and attitudes as predictors, the authoritarian parenting style still negatively predicted the level of parents’ interest in discussing sexual issues. According to the results, the best parenting style for communicating with children and talking about sexual issues is the authoritative parenting style. Parents should increase their knowledge and awareness about sexual issues and learn the principles of authoritative parenting to prevent high-risk and harmful behaviors in children. This study is a qualitative study that aimed to phenomenologically examine the lived experience of female FGM victims, to develop a conceptual framework for professionals working with female FGM survivors. The current study population consisted of all circumcised women. Participants were selected through a snowball sampling to saturation (20 participants), and semi-structured qualitative interviews were conducted with 20 female survivors of genital mutilation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using grounded theory and three coding phases. Culture, religion, male role, lack of education, female identity, and fraud were identified as key factors influencing survivors' understanding of FGM and its consequences. Female FGM survivors' experiences, as well as their beliefs about the practice, affected their emotional lives, relationships, identities, and bodies. The fear of female genital mutilation described by survivors undermined their resilience. All major categories of emotional, relational, identity, and physical consequences of FGM, as well as survivors' resilience, were influenced by key stages of womanhood, such as menstruation, marriage, and childbirth. These factors were reinforced based on their needs. This is a lack of satisfaction and the health system does not pay attention to the needs of these women. It is impossible to study the physical and psychological consequences of FGM in isolation and without considering the cultural context and life cycle of female FGM survivors. In addition, The issue weakens survivors' resilience to living with FGM. There are complex relationships between the physical, psychological, and social consequences of FGM and the culture of FGM, which should inform health policy and medical care for survivors to meet their needs. One of the consequences of people's social isolation is their seeking refuge in virtual space and using the Internet, which may lead to their addiction to the Internet. Access to sexually explicit media and pornographic programs can also lead to Internet addiction, which can be considered in the quarantine conditions caused by the spread of the Corona virus. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between social isolation and Internet addiction with unconventional sexual behaviors in the era of Corona. The current research method is correlation type. For this purpose, 365 people were selected by a simple random sampling method among the undergraduate students of Islamic Azad University, Khorramabad branch, and answered the social isolation questionnaires of Russell et al. (1976), Internet addiction by Young (1998), the scale of pornography use by Carroll et al. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between social isolation and Internet addiction with pornographic behaviors. Also, the results of the regression analysis showed that pornographic behaviors can be predicted through social isolation and Internet addiction. Accordingly, in the first step, approximately 56% of the variance of pornography was explained through Internet addiction. In the second step, Internet addiction and social isolation explained 75% of the variance of pornography. Based on this, there are theoretical points of intersection between personal isolation, Internet addiction and pornographic behaviors and it seems that other personal and environmental factors are also involved in this relationship. Considering that this finding was obtained during the Corona period, conducting more studies compared to the present study can be considered by the researchers. Manuscript profile

Vaginismus is one of the most common GenitoPelvic Pain/Penetration Disorders, which is classified as either lifelong (primary) or acquired (secondary). The present study aimed to investigate the efficacy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on women with lifelong vaginismus. During a single-case experimental trial of multiple-baseline type, four women were included and diagnosed with lifelong vaginismus by a psychiatrist in a psychosexual clinic in Ahvaz. Full intercourse was evaluated daily based on the self-reports of participants. Secondary outcome measures (i.e.catastrophic cognitions, tightening, helplessness, sexual adjustment, avoidance, and penetration motivation were assessed in participants by a multidimensional vaginal penetration disorder questionnaire at baseline and after intervention. The subjects were entered into an eight-week Cognitive Behavioral Therapy program. The decreasing curve is compared with the baseline for each variable and considered the recovery index. After the treatment, all participants reported successful intercourse without pain and fear. The findings investigated that catastrophic cognitions, tightening, helplessness, sexual adjustment, avoidance, penetration motivation, sexual information, hypervigilance, optimism, and thoughts about genital incompatibility significantly improved by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in all participants(P < 0.05). Based on the results, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can be considered an effective treatment for LLV. In addition, this study can enhance our knowledge about the fear-avoidance essence of vaginismus and develop treatment options for women with lifelong vaginismus. Future studies are recommended with larger sample sizes and control groups. Manuscript profile

The religion of Islam has always attached special importance to women, and in particular, there are many orders from Imams (peace be upon them) regarding women in religious texts and traditions. One of the important social matters today is the position and role of women in the family and society. In Islamic traditions, however, girls and women are mentioned as divine virtues, even though in Islam, God rewards good deeds, and consecrations are questioned by God. By looking through Islamic foundations, one may understand what a high position women had and still have in Islamic thought; however, it is the opposite in the West and the "Woman, Life, Freedom" slogan. Accordingly, the greater the commitment to Islam and Islamic life, the higher the continuity of life. On the contrary, the lower the commitment to Islam, the lower the mental peace and comfort of the person in the living environment and society. Moreover, the collapse of the Western system is based on unlimited freedom. This paper applies a diverse methodology to refer to written documents, computer systems, scientific software, and a descriptive and analytical data processing method. Furthermore, by referring to religious sources, the paper aims to study the role of women in the Woman, Life, Freedom" slogan "in Islam and the West. The results are that referring to the Qur'an examines the traditions, position, and role of women in the family and the "Woman, Life, Freedom" slogan in Islam, bringing tranquility contrary to the West. The purpose of this study was to present a model for predicting the inclination toward divorce based on dysfunction sexual beliefs and relational beliefs with the mediation role of marital discontent in women and men seeking to counseling centers in Ardabil. In terms of methodology, this research is among correlational research. The statistical population comprised all individuals seeking counseling services in Ardabil's counseling centers, from which a sample of 290 people was chosen using the convenience sampling method. The required data were collected through the Nobreh, Penito &Vagoya Dysfunctional Sexual Beliefs Questionnaire (2007), Idelson and Epstein Relational Beliefs Questionnaire (1981), Pines' marital Discontent Questionnaire (1996) and Rosbolt and Zambrot's Divorce Propensity Questionnaire (1983). Data analysis was performed using structural equation model method and the AMOS-24 software. The results showed that according to the provided fit indices, the research model has a good fit after modification. Additionally, the direct effect of dysfunction sexual beliefs and relational beliefs on the inclination toward divorce was significant, and and marital discontent played a mediating role in the relationship between dysfunctional sexual beliefs, relational beliefs, and the inclination toward divorce. The results of the study indicated that dysfunctional sexual beliefs and relational beliefs directly contribute positively to the likelihood of divorce. Additionally, dysfunctional sexual beliefs indirectly influence divorce inclination through the mediation of marital discontent. Similarly, relational beliefs exhibit an indirect and positive impact on divorce inclination through the marital discontent mediation. In other words, marital discontent, characterized by emotional detachment, feelings of alienation, indifference, and the replacement of negative emotions for positive ones, significantly predicts the inclination of couples toward divorce. Mental health is considered one of the major challenges for the generations. Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is one of many mental health complications. However, individuals with the disorder experience hyperbolic concerns and tensions regarding daily events. Furthermore, it is reported that approximately 5% of the population of developed countries suffer from GAD. Additionally, women are affected by this disease twice as often as men, and it is an increasing disorder among women, particularly female students. This paper aims to predict generalized anxiety disorder among female students using the random decision forest algorithm. The data mining method was utilized for prediction. Female students of Shiraz Azad University developed the research community. Therefore, 150 female students were selected by simple random method and tested with a DSM-IV questionnaire. Accordingly, a random forest algorithm is proposed to generate a prediction model. Moreover, NetBeans IDE was applied for operationalization. Java was the programming language to code the prototype, and the WEKA library was involved in the operation. However, the results showed that the prediction accuracy with the random forest algorithm exceeds 0.9, which indicates that the algorithm is likely to predict GAD accurately. The random decision forest algorithm consistently predicts an individual not suffering from GAD. The results are relatively consistent compared to the baseline employed in the R. However, the random decision forest algorithm produces high predictive performance and may display significant relationships between the proposed and dependent parameters. Manuscript profile

Violence against women and girls persists across all human societies despite differences in religions and other intellectual, cultural, economic, and social factors. It is a global, transhistorical and transcultural phenomenon with roots in the history of humanity. This consequence prevents the full participation of women in society and poses a serious threat to human rights and health. Violence has significant effects on women's physical and mental health. Despite extensive research on the consequences of violence on women's mental health, the prevalence of violence has increased during the COVID-19 quarantine period. This study examines the extent of violence against women and girls and its psychological consequences during quarantine. This is a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study. The instruments used in this study include a Demographic Questionnaire, Standard Violence Against Women Questionnaire and the Hopkins Index (HSCL). Data analysis was conducted by SPSS 26 software. (P <0.01). Pearson correlation analysis revealed a positive and significant relationship between all dimensions of mental health and violence. Exposure to various types of violence leads to a decline in mental health across different dimensions. Violence emerges as a robust predictor of mental health in various dimensions. Considering the important role of women in the family and the impact of their health on family and community well-being, it is imperative to take measures to reduce violence and enhance women's mental health. The legislator, by instituting pre-divorce counseling, aimed to address unnecessary divorces under the second chapter of the Family Support Law in 2013. This paper presents a qualitative assessment of the effectiveness of this counseling based on the perspectives of couples who have undergone all stages of pre-divorce counseling. The research methodology employed phenomenology, with thematic analysis is used to analyze the interviews. The fifteen interviewees were residents of Alborz province, selected through purposive sampling. Six main themes emerged from the interview analysis: the provision of necessary solutions by the counselor, fostering compromise and continuity in marital life, seeking legal and social guidance from counselors, the impactful nature of timely counseling, the lack of effectiveness of counseling sessions in fostering compromise, and the drawbacks of the current pre-divorce counseling process. The interviewees generally unanimous in their expectation from the counseling that the counselor can create a compromise between couples, however, their attitudes toward the effectiveness of current counseling indicate dissatisfaction. This lack of satisfaction encompasses different dimensions, including the heavy costs of consultation fees and the lack of government coverage, the inappropriate timing of counseling sessions, some counselors underestimating the importance of family consolidation, and insufficient efforts to mend couples' relationships. Additionally, interviewees noted a lack of adequate expertise and experience among counselors, along with gender biases exhibited by some counselors. This research suggests a revision of the second chapter of the Family Support Law to align with the legislator's goal and eliminate the disadvantages of the current shortcomings, ultimately enhancing the efficacy of mandatory pre-divorce counseling for couples. Modern fertility procedures have taken a positive and important step in the direction of treating infertility and helping to increase the population. Furthermore, it provided the means to consolidate the family. However, among the many methods of infertility treatment and also during medical work, sometimes the multiple insemination of embryos causes difficult conditions that oblige the couple to reduce the embryos. Accordingly, "Is the reduction of the fetus legal in jurisprudence?" "Is it appropriate to sacrifice an embryo to benefit another embryo? "Doesn't reducing fetuses jeopardize the goal of increasing the country's population and the welfare of the society?" This paper aims to answer the mentioned questions utilizing the library method, examine the legitimacy or illegitimacy of fetal reduction, and check the expedients in this matter. From the point of view of Islamic jurisprudence, the reduction of the fetus has been legitimate. According to the rules of jurisprudence, including the rule of "Akhf al-Arwein," concluded that preserving the mother's life and reducing the fetus have more benefits and less harm. Women's political participation in the macro arenas of political and management decisions is one of the basic components of sustainable development. This paper aims to answer the question, "What are the decision-making frameworks of female political elites in parliamentary commissions?" In this research, the statistical sample includes 20 female representatives of the Islamic Council in ten terms. Moreover, the research method is based on qualitative and quantitative content analysis techniques, semi-structured interview techniques in the data collection process, and interview text. For data analysis, Excel and Visio were applied in the framework of various charts and models. The findings concerning multiple categories, such as decision-making framework, showed that the highest frequency of commission decision-making is based on interest and expertise. In the category of commission preference framework, the highest frequency is the cultural commission due to the cultural background, knowledge, and interest of the female political elite. Furthermore, the number of supporters and opponents of forming the women's commission is almost the same. Although relatively the number of those who support the formation of the women's commission is more, most of those who support it are from the fundamentalist faction. Concerning the causal framework of agreeing to the formation of the women's commission, the most frequent insufficiency of the faction and the discussion of the necessity of the formation and effective functioning of the women's faction have passed. The highest frequency concerning the causal framework of opposition to this commission is the lack of necessity and the sufficiency of the faction and the commission to investigate women's issues. Generally, the researcher develops a total of 3 main categories, six first sub-categories and 60 second sub-categories. In contemporary societies, factors such as industrialization, technological development, economic expansion, investment, and communication development have transformed the symbolic framework of individuals' lives. In such circumstances, individuals need identity; through identity, complexity and the speed of social changes can be mitigated, enabling humans to create relative order in their lives and surroundings. In this research, the investigator aims to design a model consisting of factors influencing the restructuring of women's social identity using the comprehensive interpretive structural modeling method. The present research is descriptive-analytical, and the study population includes university experts, with 24 members selected purposefully from the faculty, doctoral graduates, and doctoral students in the fields of sociology and psychology. The designed model encompasses 11 factors: women's awareness of their position in society, conflicting identities, inclination toward gender equality, individual life orientation, universities and higher education centers, prevalence of stereotypical beliefs, challenges in coordinating traditional and new roles, social spaces, generational changes, reconsideration of identity, modernity, and identity inconsistency. Among the examined factors, challenges in coordinating traditional and new roles, reconsideration of cultural identity, prevalence of gender stereotypes, and conflicting identities are identified as pivotal factors in shaping the restructuring of women's social identity. These factors lead to women's awareness of their position in society, inclination toward gender equality, the role of universities and higher education centers, identity inconsistency, modernity, and social spaces. Ultimately, generational changes will be the outcome. Manuscript profile
